As from  January 2007 the Anglia Network Europe offers a course for (very) young learners:

"Cool! English at school".

The course can also be used for after school activities

"Cool! English after school"

For kids in three age groups:

Starlets: app. 4-6 year old
Bright Sparks: app. 7-9 year old
Super Stars: app. 10-12 year old

With lots of activities, games and exercises to learn English in a fun way.
And with Cool! website pages for teachers and kids.
